Job opening: iOS developer
Digitmedia provides iPhone/iPad development services on the Belgian media & enterprise market.
Currently we are working on several challenging iPad projects – e.g. a video-on-demand app for the Flemish public broadcaster, digital newspaper apps for a leading Flemish/Dutch newspaper publishing group and an e-commerce app for an automotive services group. Given the size of these projects and a large number of new projects in the pipeline, we are urgently looking for additional development capacity.
We are looking for an experienced iOS developer who has a broad experience with the iOS SDK (Objective-C, Cocoa Touch,…). Ideally, you have been developing apps that are centered around parsing XML feeds and calling webservices. Experience with the development of native app’s is mandatory, experience with HTML5/CSS3/Javascript makes you even better fitted for the job.
We prefer hiring a full-time employee, but we will also consider free-lance contractors who are willing to work on-site in our offices in Ghent for at least 2-3 days a week.
You and our existing iOS developers will be working in team with an experienced iPhone/iPad Experience Designer (concept & wireframes) and a Graphical Designer (psd’s). So you can focus on implementing their designs in the iOS SDK. You will also be supported by the project manager/account manager and the functional analyst of our team.
